Does anyone have info on this vintage illustration of 3 child fairies in blue dresses near forget-me-nots?

This is not an original work of art. This is an old picture from a fairy tale book or something like that. I remember this from when I was a kid. I’ve emailed the seller, but she hasn’t gotten back to me.
