me and my husband got a really old box of cigars with the wrapper still on them and a carton of camel smokes from 1998 from and older couple down the street. We don’t smoke cigars or anything but we are thinking of selling them. but we would like to know how old the cigars are. they are Arturo Fuento Imported, hand made in Dominican Republic. Chateau Fuento Vintage selection aged in Spanish Cedar. and there are two stamped marks on the back, one says #60 and the other says INSP. U with a circle around it.

I have no idea what those mean. but if anyone has any idea or where i can find out how old they are or what have you (the elderly couple did not tell us the year in which they got them or what have you). so any help would do thanks so much.
both the cigars and the smokes were, as far as i know, kept in the fridge for who knows how many years.
