I just answered your question. Who said you can not use a vacuum cleaner? They do not know what they're talking beans! I used a vacuum for years on hundreds of computers without a single case of damage. Use a vacuum cleaner! A can of compressed air by blowing dust from one place to another – and you do not want to breath it.
